Afternoon Web-X is BACK — just a few scant days after launching the terrific STORYBOOK by Andrew Sterling. The response was phenomenal and that’s extremely gratifying. The Saturday AM mission is to bring respectability and a way to earn a living to the webcomic creator.
Afternoon Web-X is our recognition that there are some GREAT WEBCOMICS that deserve to be seen and given a chance to find an audience.
Our mantra is that they must be original, fun and frequent–hence why we tag this line as FUN. MANGA. DAILY. The best part is that they are FREE!
What better way to recharge your batteries in the afternoon than with a kick-ass dose of action manga?
Starting today– you can read FIVE CHAPTERS of the ultra-fun slugfest, ROUGH HOUSE! Jordan Cook’s art is the real star as it has all the beats of a quirky, master who can swerve from outrageous action to more comedic adventure. It reminds us of a cross between Law of Ueki and History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi!
