Our 1st Anniversary for PILOT Manga, our Amateur manga webcomic community, was a HUGE HIT and introduced some amazing new concepts that MAY end up as Saturday AM and/or Afternoon Web-X properties one day. That said, there was no more fitting winner than Nathan Owhonda! His original submissions, HOLLOWMAN, about a young man who must decide if it’s best to take over the planet to rid his city of crime (not as much of a leap when you consider as a young man of color with unlimited power–he’s deemed more of a threat than a hero).

Last night also revealed some titles which we will publish either within Saturday PLUS or as a TEST RUN, special short story. Stay tuned for more from these amazing creators who took the leap of few and put their egos and talent on the line to be judged by many. THEY ALL DESERVE MASSIVE RESPECT and KUDOS!
