Saturday made it to Greece! The one and only Issaka Galadima, artist and co-creator of Clock Striker, was a special guest at this year’s AnimeCon: RUN Thessaloniki VII — Greece’s biggest celebration of Japanese pop culture, art, and tradition.
Now in its seventh year, AnimeCon: RUN Thessaloniki has become a major event for anime and manga fans across Europe. Founded in 2013 by the manga creative group Mangatellers, the convention continues to spotlight the creative bridge between Japan and Greece. The 2025 event was also held under the auspices of the Embassy of Japan in Greece.
Issaka’s table featured posters, original drawings, illustrations, commissions, and signed copies of Clock Striker. Fans also had the chance to grab exclusive merch and book signings, making it a must-visit stop for attendees.
When asked about his experience, Issaka said:

The event proved once again how deeply anime and manga culture connect fans around the world — and Issaka’s presence was the perfect reminder of the power of diverse storytelling in manga.
